Your images are never uploaded
All image compression on WebPcompress happens locally in your web browser using the Canvas API. Your files are never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers — we technically cannot see them. You can verify this yourself: after the page loads, you can disconnect from the internet and the tool keeps working.
Data we collect
We collect no personal information through the compression tool itself. The tool requires no account, no email address and no registration. If you contact us by email, we use your address only to reply to your message and do not add it to any marketing list.
